\nPINF is the proprietary “framework” that has been used to develop Ashley Madison. No one knows what the acronym PINF is meant to stand for. Much of the code is a decade old and most of it is nonsense. It tries to be an MVC framework, but it fails. It would be more accurate to describe it as a “view first” framework, but even in that context it doesn’t quite make sense.<\/p>\n
PINF re-implements many basic PHP functions. Sometimes the explanation for this is that these PHP functions didn’t exist at the time that PINF was originally conceived. Most of this functionality is contained in hundreds of functions, all in the global scope.”<\/p>\n
